I’m Ky Teasdale, and I’m a coach and supervisor. I offer an unusual pricing model for coaching supervision: I offer any coach who goes beyond the chemistry session phase three hours of supervision absolutely free.

Why I offer free supervision

I believe that the value of supervision is so significant that offering this introduction allows for investment in supervision without risk for those new to supervision, and for those experienced with supervision to explore their supervision goals more thoroughly without worrying about the ROI.

I also believe that everyone should have access to supervision, regardless of their budget. I want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to get the support they need to be the best coach they can be.

How it works

If you’re interested in my free supervision, all you need to do is book a chemistry session with me. During the chemistry session, we’ll get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit for each other. If we are, I’ll offer you three hours of free supervision.

The benefits of free supervision

There are several benefits to free supervision:

It makes coaching supervision more accessible to coaches who are new to the field or who are on a tight budget.
It allows coaches to try out supervision before they commit to a long-term arrangement.
It gives coaches the opportunity to explore their supervision goals in more detail without worrying about the cost.

How is it charged after the 3 hours?

Fixed Rate Sessions

After the free three hours, I offer fixed-rate sessions at £220 per session. This is a great option for coaches who know that they need regular supervision and who are willing to commit to a fixed price.

Flexi Rate Option

For coaches who can’t afford coaching supervision at full price or who are working largely in the pro bono sector, I offer supervision at 120% of your standard session pricing. This is a great option for coaches who need occasional supervision or who are on a tight budget. It’s approved on a case-by-case basis for obvious reasons.

How to choose the right pricing option

The best way to choose the right pricing option is to consider your budget, your needs, and your goals. If you know that you need regular supervision and you can afford it, then the fixed rate option is a good choice. If you can’t afford regular supervision or you only need occasional supervision, then the flexi rate option is a good choice.
