Why should I get executive coaching?
Executive coaching is a great way to help you reach your goals, whether you’re looking to make a career change, boost your confidence, or just become a better leader in your organisation. Executive coaching can help you identify areas where you may need to improve and provide you with the tools and guidance to make those changes. It can also help you learn new skills and strategies to help you achieve success in your job and grow as a leader. Executive coaching can be a great way to help you reach your full potential and reach the next level in your career.
So why not give it a try? Executive coaching is definitely worth the investment.

How do I begin?
The fit must be right – we need to be comfortable with each other. So we start with an introductory chat of about half an hour. During this time, we discuss what you want to get from coaching and how we might work together, before each making the decision of whether to proceed.
What’s it going to cost?
Usually, less than expected. The cost largely depends on how frequently you’d like to be coached (fortnightly and monthly being the most popular). There are also occasional add-ons if you want certain psychometrics. Generally speaking, sessions range from £100-£200 when paid for by the client directly.
